Find Your Class
New to Aerial? Here's What to Expect.
You don't need to already be strong, flexible, or fearless — just willing to start. Our beginner track is built to support you for your first 2–6 months, giving you real time to build strength, confidence, and comfort in the hammock at your own pace. There's no clock ticking and no test to study for — just steady progress, class by class. When you're ready, your instructor will personally invite you to move up.
🧘 Aerial Yoga Track
Start here if you're new to aerial.
-
Prereq: None — open to everyone. Experience the support of a low-hanging hammock as you move through gentle, grounded postures. This class focuses on slow, mindful movement to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. With the hammock hovering close to the floor, you'll deepen stretches and find ease in supported inversions and restorative poses.
-
Prereq: None — this is your starting point. Designed to support your first 2–6 months of practice. Perfect for first-timers or anyone refining the basics. You'll be introduced to the hammock (tied on two points) as a tool for alignment, strength, and mobility while keeping movements accessible. You'll build confidence through foundational poses, gentle inversions, and safe transitions.
-
Prereq: Prior aerial yoga experience. A creative playground for building strength, mobility, balance, and confidence while exploring more challenging poses, inversions, transitions, and movement. Hammock height and class focus may vary, with occasional use of yoga wheels and other props to keep the practice fresh.
🎪 Aerial Sling & Choreo. Track
A more independent, dynamic style — different from Aerial Yoga.
-
Prereq: Complete Aerial Yoga for Beginners first. Introduces the key techniques and movement vocabulary of Aerial Flow (not a yoga-based practice). You'll work with the hammock rigged on a single point with a spinner to explore controlled entrances and exits, smooth transitions, and beginner-friendly sequences that build strength, body awareness, and confidence in the air.
-
Prereq: Instructor approval. (Most students are ready within their first few months of consistent Foundations practice — your instructor will let you know when it's time.) Build your aerial sling flow skills through choreography, creative transitions, and more complex movement. Every four weeks, we learn and refine a choreography sequence — consistent attendance is encouraged to get the most out of each cycle.
