Intentional movement.
Real connection.

We offer two distinct aerial practices:

Hammock Yoga
Supportive, stretch-focused, and accessible—ideal for anyone looking to build strength, mobility, and body awareness using the hammock.

Aerial Flow
Creative and dynamic sequences that explore transitions, wraps, and expressive movement in the air. These classes offer a more physically challenging and less guided practice than Hammock Yoga.

🚦 Prerequisites & Class Requirements

  • New students are required to attend beginner-appropriate classes. This includes Low Hammock Gentle Yoga, Aerial Yoga for Beginners, and All Levels Aerial Yoga.

  • Hammock Yoga (Non-Beginner Classes): Participants must have attended Beginner (or All Levels) Hammock Yoga classes with us.

  • Low Hammock Gentle Yoga is for everyone, no experience required!

  • Aerial Flow L1 & L2 require instructor approval.

*In Order Of Difficulty

  • Experience the support of a low-hanging hammock as you move through gentle, grounded postures. This class focuses on slow, mindful movement to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. With the hammock hovering close to the floor, you’ll deepen stretches and find ease in supported inversions and restorative poses.
Open to all levels — no aerial experience needed.

  • This class introduces the hammock as a tool for alignment, strength, and mobility while keeping movements accessible. You’ll build confidence through foundational poses, gentle inversions, and safe transitions.
This class is intended to support students through their first 4–6 months of practice. Perfect for first-timers or anyone refining the basics.

  • Explore hammock yoga through foundational techniques and movements that meet you where you are. All Levels blends grounding poses, gentle inversions, and flowing sequences to build confidence, strength, and balance. Beginners receive clear instruction and safe options, while experienced students are offered a chance to build upon & refine their practice. No prior experience required.

  • For students with experience. This class blends traditional yoga principles with aerial movement to create a dynamic, strength-building flow. Using the hammock for support and suspension, you’ll explore deeper inversions, extended holds, and creative transitions that challenge coordination and control. Expect a balance of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness as you move through playful yet focused sequences. Best suited for students comfortable with foundational aerial skills.

  • This class combines aerial movement with interval-style training to build strength and endurance. Expect targeted exercises and short bursts of powerful, challenging movements. The hammock adds resistance and support for improved core stability, grip strength, and overall conditioning. Best for students comfortable moving confidently in the hammock.

  • This class introduces the key techniques and movement vocabulary of Aerial Flow (which is not a yoga-based practice). You’ll learn controlled entrances and exits, fluid transitions, and beginner-level sequences that build strength, awareness, and artistry in the hammock. Aerial Flow L1 is more challenging and less led than our aerial yoga classes, encouraging students to explore movement with growing independence. Must be comfortable with inversions and have instructor approval to attend.

  • An advanced-level class for experienced students familiar with foundational wraps and sequencing. This practice focuses on refining transitions, mastering fluidity between poses, and developing control and artistry. Aerial Flow L2 moves at a quicker pace, emphasizing creative expression and technical precision. Instructor approval required.
