Our Services
We offer two distinct aerial practices:
Aerial Yoga
Supportive, stretch-focused, and accessible—ideal for anyone looking to build strength, mobility, and body awareness using the hammock. Fabric is tied on double points (aka Static Hammock).
Aerial Sling Choreography
Creative and dynamic sequences that explore transitions, wraps, and expressive movement in the aerial hammock. These classes offer a more physically challenging and less guided practice than Hammock Yoga. Fabric is tied to a single point attached to a spinner (aka Sling).

-
Experience the support of a low-hanging hammock as you move through gentle, grounded postures. This class focuses on slow, mindful movement to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. With the hammock hovering close to the floor, you’ll deepen stretches and find ease in supported inversions and restorative poses.
Open to all levels — no aerial experience needed. -
This class is intended to support students through their first 4–6 months of practice. Perfect for first-timers or anyone refining the basics. You’ll be introduced to the hammock (tied on two points) as a tool for alignment, strength, and mobility while keeping movements accessible. You’ll build confidence through foundational poses, gentle inversions, and safe transitions.
-
No prior experience required. Explore hammock yoga (tied on two points) through foundational techniques and movements that meet you where you are. All Levels blends grounding poses, gentle inversions, and flowing sequences to build confidence, strength, and balance. Beginners receive clear instruction and safe options, while experienced students are offered a chance to build upon & refine their practice.
-
Prior aerial yoga experience is required, this is a class designed for experienced students who are ready to explore more. Think of it as a creative playground for building strength, mobility, balance, and confidence while exploring more challenging poses, inversions, transitions, and movement. Hammock height and class focus may vary, with occasional use of yoga wheels, suspension equipment, and other props to keep the practice fresh and interesting.
-
New to aerial? Start with Beginner Aerial Yoga before joining Aerial Choreography Foundations. This class introduces the key techniques and movement vocabulary of Aerial Flow (which is not a yoga-based practice). You’ll work with the hammock rigged on a single point with a spinner (called Sling) to explore controlled entrances and exits, smooth transitions, and beginner-friendly sequences that develop strength, body awareness, and confidence in the air. Aerial Sling is more challenging and less led than our aerial yoga classes, encouraging students to explore movement with growing independence.
-
Instructor approval required to attend. Build your aerial sling flow skills through choreography, creative transitions, and more complex movement. Every four weeks, we’ll learn and refine a choreography sequence, giving you time to become familiar with the movements, work on transitions and timing, and develop more confidence and fluidity as the sequence comes together. Consistent attendance is encouraged so you can get the most out of each four-week choreography cycle.
-
This self-directed practice session is designed for experienced students (yoga or flow) who want dedicated time to refine skills, build strength, and deepen their aerial practice. Class begins with a focused group warm-up. Then the space opens for independent training. You’ll have access to your hammock and instructor support for questions, spotting, and technique refinement as needed. This is not a follow-along flow. It’s intentional practice time for students ready to take ownership of their progress.
