30-Min Mat Yoga Flow | Repeat & Build Sequence to Super Soldier Pose

This 30-minute mat-based flow gradually builds toward Super Soldier Pose through repeated transitions that target hamstrings, hip flexors, shoulders, and balance. The structure allows you to deepen your shape with each round, while staying grounded and intentional throughout the sequence.

Expect a blend of stretch and strength, with a focused balance challenge near the end. Props are encouraged for added support and accessibility.
